MANNY - FOUNDER

Founded in 2019 by Emmanuel Lambelin, Purpose Catering accumulates over 30 years experience in hospitality together with french style flair to create a catering company with heart and soul.The roots of Purpose Catering come from a provincial farm on the outskirts of Lille. Here Emmanuel was raised with traditional country French cooking. In 1990 Emmanuel received his masters degree in hotel management and spend the next 10 years working on cruise ships, Michelin starred restaurants and even as a Butler to the Queen With the help of his brother, Emmanuel set about to create acclaimed restaurant “Chez Manny” in 2002 a modern French bistro in the heart of Battersea. After many years of service, Chez Manny shut its doors as Emmanuel Lambelin began to focus his talents to work internationally as a butler and catering specialist ensuring that his positive ethos around hospitality and service was implemented in each engagement.

Had Emmanuel and his team cater my 50th, for around 40 guests choosing from his Canapes and Bowl Food menu. From start to finish everything was super easy, Emmanuel is great to talk to in terms of the food and the ambience you're going for. He immediately got it and put together a lovely menu, the cuisine all of the highest standard, every dish was great but for me the Seabass and the Tuna were the best. His team a Chef and 3 wait staff were so attentive and on point, could not have asked for more. Lovely to deal with from start to finish. Would not hesitate to hire again.
